[NLRS] ARRL contest robot issues

Just checking to see if anyone else is having problems with the contest 
log robot for the September contest.

I have submitted my log twice and both times it has rejected a large 
portion of the entries.  It complains that the entries fall outside of the 
contest timeframe which is obviously not the case.

I have sent a report to Dan Henderson, N1ND, but have had no reply yet.
