[NLRS] Fw: Rover plans 144.245 MHz calling freq- final status

Well, it looks like we'll have ABCD9EFG operational for the VHF test this
weekend. Hope to give out some grids where possible.

We will have relatively low gain beams so you may have to dig down in the
noise level for us on 144.245 MHz.
