[NLRS] N9DG Sept plans

Well all this chatter is getting my fired up. I'll
admit until the recent flurry of plans postings the
contest "itch" hadn't yet hit me for Sept. I'll be on
the same old 4 bands 50-432 again. That microwave
stuff is just not progressing very fast here.

So how do you guys get time, money, and motivation to
all converge at the same time?? I can never seem to
achieve any more than two of them together at the same
time :(...
