My guess is that his algorithm must take that into account based on
historical radiation during certain weekends of the year...just a guess :)

Im sacraficing some MARs tonight with my propane torch to the God -o-Tropo
to be sure...

What do you have in your junk box?  We should coordinate a UTC time :)
