[NLRS] Scoring the aug contest, and contest name

Mike.   For all ARRL contest,

1.  Go to the ARRLs website at http://www.arrl.org/
2.  Near the top menu bar click on "Operating Activities", then "Contests",
then "Rules"
3.  Find the contest under discussion.   For this example the August UHF
contest.
4.  Under each contest you will find the rules (including how to score) as
well as paper forms (if you log with paper).    Paper logs are OK as long
as the paper log contains the information that is indicated by the rules
(calls, grids, time, band, etc) and you have a summary (or entry) sheet
attached.

The deadline for submission for this contest was yesterday, Sept 7th, so
its best to ask these kinds of questions a bit more in advance.    All the
ARRL contest rules (how to score, rules, deadline for submissions) can be
found this way.
