[NLRS] Getting more people into weak signal!

Hello NLRS members, 
I have been bouncing this concept around with some
folks at coffee and on 46 simplex. 
I have been doing VE exams and see this as a great
opportunity to influance new Technicians or higher.
What is everyones opinion on offering quarterly VE
sessions? I thought everyother month as the original
idea but Bruce and I narrowed it down to once a
quarter, we all are busy but that seems resonable.
How many other members are VEs, extra class? This
would be an opportunity to hand out the brochure,
invite them to breakfast etc. Let us know your
thoughts on this concept. Thanks, Rusty
