[NLRS] last call for EN35,45 etc 3.4,5.7,10G

Hi all - still wondering if anyone wants to try sched on 3.4 thru 10G in any
grid besides EN33,34,43,44 in the next few days.  The conditions might pick up
a bit with some warmer wx.  Times that work for me are the next three mornings
at 6:00AM (yes that's correct - before I go to work) or in the afternoon on
thur 10/21 between 4:00 and 6:00.  Also friday evening almost any time after
6:00PM.  I would be operating in EN44da with good power on all 3 bands.  If
anyone wants to try pse reply back.  Only setup required is for 3456.
