[NLRS] 2004 10 GHz logs sent in

Hi Ed,

Last year they (ARRL) said to use "Michigan."  Actually, they said to use
the area from which the majority of QSOs were made.

Please don't forget that TODAY (Tuesday) is the deadline for 10GHz entries.
 Submitted by e-mail, or postmarked by midnight if paper.  Cabrillo format
is not required for e-mail entries.
