[NLRS] HamFest MN update - Comin' down the home stretch

Here is our status on the table coverage shifts.  It is now starting to look
good.  As long as we get some of the other NLRS members to hang around and
help with the setup, we should be OK (Remember,  people working at and
setting up the table get in early - good incentive). Can I get one more
Volunteer for the 7:30 shift?
