[NLRS] Looks Like We Made it!!

I think that we should promote this concept at the Hamfest as a club goal.
This would be a good thing for Bob and Lenny to incorporate into their
seminar at the Hamfest.  This is something that Rusty can feature in the
pamflet that he is making for the Hamfest.  We can hawk it up and then I
will put forth a effort to get air play on the local nets for the 4 weeks
prior to the contest.  Maybe a special button on the Website that gives an
easy explanation of the rules, exchange, and provided logs for easy
printout.  This should be an attainable goal but we will need new
involvement to accomplish it.
