Hi Brent, good thinking.   The 7 ele yagis may be a little big  for the show 
.... lug around, make room for, etc., that is why I was thinking of  a picture 
of some stations, or of stations antennas.   We could print  them out so that 
people could SEE what a "typical" 2m station looks like,  perhaps with a 
grids worked map.   
 
Regarding the DEMI, can you take the top off of it so that people can look  
inside ?
