[NLRS] 432 sprints awesome nite for a rove

I brought a short 11el 432 antenna with me today.  I didn't do any prep work
last night, so I don't have it attached to the car in any way.  I'm not
entirely certain how I'll put it up in the air, but I have 15' of Axe Man
fiberglass tubes, a tripod and ropes.  I'll build something on the fly :-)

I plan to operate from EN35 for an hour or so, hopefully starting by 8pm.  I
think I'll try to find Ridgeway Park in Minneapolis and operate from there.

I'll have FM from the mobile in the car and will probably listen on 146.46 as
well (rule #7 permits that).

After that, I'll head back home to EN34, stopping somewhere along the way.  I
might try to find a spot near Highways 77 and 13 since that area seems to have
a good view to the north.
