Subject:        Broadband over Power Lines: An Interactive Discussion

Speaker:        Gary W Evans, Hiawatha Broadband Communications

This meeting will discuss the Broadband Over Power Lines (BPL) trial
currently under way in Rochester.  Discussion will focus on the trial
partners Hiawatha Broadband of Winona and Rochester Public Utilities), the
scope of the efforts, pluses and minuses, and an outlook for the future of
BPL.

Gary Evans is president and CEO of Hiawatha Broadband.
