[NLRS] September Contest Log Update

Hi All -

I know of 30 logs now at the ARRL.  We need 21 more to get into the Unlimited 
Class.  PLEASE, PLEASE, even if you made one QSO, get your log sent in.  Let 
me know what I can do to help.  I will even submit your log for you.  I've 
already done that for a bunch of stations.

Here are stations that were active in the contest that I don't see a log for. 
 Please let me know if you've mailed your log to the ARRL.
