Hi Guys

  Gary and I worked this morning on 10Ghz Snow Scatter. Signal was T9 
and S1. We first heard each other at 10:30am and then worked on CW ... 
still hearing each other at 11:02am

  Very light snow with radar returns being no more than 15dBZ in the path
according to Duluth radar.

  Gary found that he heard me with dish elevation from over +10 to -2 
degrees.
