[NLRS] Measuring the deepest spot on a dish

I forgot to mention the way that I found and measured the deepest spot on  
the dish.   In order to compute the feedhorn design, you need to know  what the 
deepest spot on the dish is and here it is (as measured from the bottom  along 
the axis, not along the curve of the dish).
 
I made sure that the dish surface was clean, place a small steel ball  
bearing in the dish, then used a level on the major axis to get the dish level,  and 
where the ball bearing stopped was the deepest spot.   Marking  that spot 
with a pen, you can then measure both its depth and its location using  a stout 
gauge & micrometer.
