I'll try starting one:
http://reality.sgiweb.org/overby/ham/Rover-Sites/
I keep the data in a spreadsheet on my computer and home and use some scripts
and (of course!) a Makefile to generate the web page and some of the maps.
All pages on the server are static.
I'd like contributions of sites. Email me the following info:
Site Coordinates: latitude & longitude
(grid square also appreciated)
Site Description: try to be brief
Site Location: drive-to directions if needed
If you don't know the coordinates, try using www.topozone.com to find it. If
you have trouble with that, let me know and I'll try to help.
If you know of a site and don't see it in the database, then send me the info!
Too many sites is better than the few sites I have now.
I'm also looking for more web map sites, in particular ones that can take a
hyperlink with a latitude/longitude in it.
Thanks!
Glen, KC0IYT
