[NLRS] Au Fun!

Wow - what a fun our or so.  Worked a bunch of grids on 144 (none new but 
new States Above for 04-05) as far East as PA, plus two all time new grids 
on 222 (EN81/91).  I think OH *may* be a new State on 222 too, but not 
positive.

Too bad I have to get up for work tomorrow...
