For those interested, I have located a better site for launch operation to
the West that is very close to the Shakopeee Scott County tower site.  This
site is non-obstructed to the horizon for both Jon's SD locations as well as
KM0T & VE4MA, however, downtown Mpls is obscured & potentially available
only on a bounce...      From the existing Scott tower site, go 3/4 mile
south to county 14, turn right (west) one mile to Old BrickYard
Road......Then, 50 yards south (left) to a driveway in a vacant field...

Or, on westbound highway 169 in Shakopee to Old Brick Yard Road (second to
last stop light)....left (south) two miles to county 14, then across the
road south 50 yards to the  driveway..... grid is EN34fr (same as tower
site) and lat/lon is 44.729444N, 93.561111W
