[NLRS] W0ZQ operations

I'm planning on being on all tthree days/times.  I will operate from the south side of I-35W/MN36 at Ridgeway Parkway (Hoover St, right up against the fence).  The "usual" place (in the little parking pull-off) on the north side of the highways will not work because you cannot get a "look" in the necessary directions.  About the best you can do is 265*.

Goodwin, SD  269* 178 mi from Ridgeway Parkway/Hoover St.
Toronto, SD  261* 171 mi
Sisseton, SD 285* 195 mi

I will also be on 146.46 (No, I don't intend to try an talk to Jon on 2m FM... its for local coordination.  I don't have a cell phone.)
