[NLRS] BNC elbow

Joe, K1RQG, mentioned a place that the EMErs trust, The RF Connection, during 
the 70cm net this weekend.

They have an impressive, and many not cheap, array of adapters, among other 
things.  They also have 2 versions of some adapters.
