[NLRS] 10G Survey

Friday evening 6PM is a problem.  Even 1/2 hour later would be better. 7PM
is OK.  The bugsd shouldn't be that much of a problem at that time for
another couple of months.  It isn't dusk until at least 8PM (more like
8:30-9:00PM for another 6 weeks).
