[NLRS] 2m tropo / Wed rainscatter?

  I will second Jon's observation on 2m tropo. Jim ZKX was VERY loud here 
this morning. I heard one other voice briefly, but may have been a meteor. 
No other signals heard on 2m ...

  I will be here tomorrow (Wed) and available for rain scatter on 10Ghz as 
local conditions allow .... A telephone warning helps, since at times I will 
miss emails unless I happen to be right in front of the computer.
