Al  - I have a 9 pg manual for this twta.
pinout is:   1 & 2  fault ind, norm. open
                 3 and 4   same, norm. closed
                 5   115 ac standby        
                 6   not used
                 7    115 ac alert
                 8    115 ac neutral
                  9   meter, helix current tlm
                 11  meter, helix voltage tlm    out of order
                  10  meter, collector current tlm
                  12  telemetry common

power to standby  applies heater volt.
 power to Alert applies high voltage  after warmupTeledyne also made tubes 
for this twta.  I have the two units  available for $45.
