[NLRS] Who modified the DirecTV feedhorn for 10 GHz at Aurora?

Looking for design specs from whoever was feeding a DirecTV dish with 
the DirecTV feedhorn on 10 GHz.  Seems it was bored out a bit?  Had an 
SMA connector on the side.  What is the location of it so that I can get 
it in the right place.  Also, were all those metallic ribbons inside the 
feed removed as well to leave a simple circular feed?
