[NLRS] Fun with rain scatter

Hi Jon, 
Sorry I missed the fun.  Was otherwise busy.  :-)

The gust front yesterday was VERY active... LOTS of turbulance.  What
"frequency" was the roar ?  200-300-400 Hz ?  That would be consistent with
35-40 MPH winds which certainly was what I saw with the shelf cloud.  When
it passed this area, there was a strong rising moment to the clouds...
strong outflow forcing the inflow up and forming a "roll cloud" along the
leading edge of the shelf cloud.  VERY impressive to look at and watch.
(So much so that there were a lot of reports of "wall clouds" from the
formation.  (I sure hope none of _my_ students were doing that !)

Maybe tomorrow !!  We should get ahold of Barry, and see what his schedule
is.  Looks as if the NW will be the action area tomorrow.  Up to running
down to New Trier or Cannon Falls ?
