[NLRS] Last call for NLRS wind breakers

Hi Jon,
I hate to be a wet blanket, but you need to mention what the MATERIAL for
the windbreaker is... last time we "talked"... nylon'.  Cloth is MUCH to be
preferred.  It "wears" much better and is more comfortable than nylon, even
when the nylon is lined. Cloth it breathes, nylon does not.  The difference
was maybe $3-$5.

It you're going with a nylon windbreaker, I'm sorry, but I don't want one.
Too uncomfortable to wear.  Cloth, yes !! With name and call.
