I will be demonstrating antenna computer modeling as one of the programs
during the afternoon technical program at Au'04. Rather than spend lots
of time explain what it is and how it works, I'd rather demonstrate what it
can do for you. In order to demonstrate its capability, I am looking for
antenna questions that you may have that could be addressed via modeling.
For example, one question that we hear all the time is something like this
.... "I am putting up a new 6m and 2m beam on my tower, how far apart do I
need to separate them ?". Another question that I hear is "For roving,
will using a beam help with my performance on 6m ?". Anyone
interested in understanding the affects of antenna stacking ?
So my question to you in NLRS land is this, do you have any questions like
the above that may be addressed by antenna modeling ? If so, please send
them to me and I'll see if I can include them in my presentation.
