[NLRS] Rover log submissions

Clair,  I submitted my rover log first as -r, then my log as just km0t and
got receipts for both from the robot.  However, when I checked the submitted
logs page, there was only one log - the km0t home log.  So I checked with
Dan and he indicated that it "wrote over" the rover log.  So I had to send
it seperatly to have him input the rover log manually.  So, thats the issue,
not that it does not accept rover logs.  Just FYI for eveyone.
