[NLRS] K0AWU 10Ghz QualComm system

Hi Guys

  I completed my QualComm transverter/ amplifier system today. I now 
need to get Jim KB0CIM available and the weather to improve a bit for 
testing. From what I can see on the bench, it looks like a "player".

  It is configured as a portable now and later will be what the "home" station 
is built around.
