[NLRS] Proposed NLRS Business Meeting Agenda, April 2004

Here is a first draft of the agenda for our NLRS business meeting scheduled 
to take place at Aurora '04.   Two comments.   First, my goal is to get through 
this in 30 to 45 minutes and I will need your help and attention to do this.  
 We have club officers to elect as well and this can take a bit more time.  
Secondly we have plans for a special presentation at the end of the meeting and 
I request that all club members be present.
