[NLRS] Old reference article.

Hi again. 
I stopped at the library on the way home.  They didn't have it (of course),
BUT a copy is on the way via Inter-library loan.  Actually, a link is on
the way which will be good for 7 days.  The material can then be read,
copied, etc.  I didn't catch where the copies were, but I guess it doesn't
matter.  Will let you know as soon as it shows up.
