Any decent university library where there's an engineering school should
have that periodical. Otherwise any good local library should have
access through interlibrary loan. My own private library doesn't quite
go back that far. Often interlibrary loan is free, saving copying cost,
though with the tight local budget, the Ames Public Library now charges
a buck per each interlibrary loan or copy delivered.
Sure look like an interesting article, but remember their receiver
sensitivities weren't so hot in those days. Maybe 3 to 4 dB NF.
