[NLRS] Battery charger

Axe Man on University Ave has a 12v gel cell charger for $7.95.
It is a wall wart with logic to switch it to float charge. It
only puts out 350 ma at high charge so it would take a while to
charge a discharged battery but the nice thing is the automatic
switch over to float charge.

They are located on a end cap by some  7Ah 12v gel cells which he is selling
for $13.00

They had about 12 left at this store.
