KC0OIA, W0ISJR, and I will be operating from Neys Provincial Park, on the
North Shore of Lake Superior, about 100 miles east of Thunder Bay in EN68. I
won't be on the air a whole lot, but I would like to activate as many bands as
possible. We're not bringing any VHF antennas, but I should be able to put a
little VHF and UHF in the ether using the HF dipoles.
I'll probably check VHF other times, but I'll try to put out a CQ on 144.200
at 4:00 PM Central Time on Saturday. If I find anyone, I'd like to try the
other bands as well. I have an FT-817 running 5 watts on 6, 2, and 432, and I
will also have 1.5 watts on 220 FM, so if you are near the lake, be sure to
listen for the weak ones!
I will consider FD a huge success if I manage one QSO each on all bands 160
thru 432, so I'd appreciate help, especially with 220 and 432.

Rick W0IS
