[NLRS] NLRS windbreakers status - June 17th.

As of June 17th here are the orders for NLRS windbreakers that I have in my 
hand.   The "x" next to your call indicates that I have your check.

This makes for 18 orders.   We need a minimum of 24 to make it go.   When I 
check last month we had 27 potential orders, so we are looking for at least 
another six to make our minimum.
