[NLRS] CW Operation question

Hi Jerry.    Like I said, there is no standard.    As you point out, I
suspect that any "standard" is more based on manufacturer (ie; Kenwood vs
Yaesu, etc).

My old TS-930, a HF rig that is my IF for my 2m transverter, does use LSB
for CW.

My old TS-700 that I use as my IF rig for 902 and 1296 uses LSB for CW
which was a problem because cross mode contacts happen more often on the
high bands.   The good news is that there is a mod to change this (which I
have done).

My "new" FT100D has CW and CW-R (as I recall), but I think CW is USB on
this radio (so CW-R is LSB).
