[NLRS] CW Operation question

Not so, jerry.  The TS-930S and TS-700 series had CW on LSB.  My TS-700 
was modified to put CW on USB.  My TS-930S still hs CW on LSB which makes 
it a bit of a pain to work crossmode as it is necessary to both retune and 
to switch modes.
