[NLRS] Contest plans

Hello,

Once again Jason N0RPM, Glen KC0IYT, and Brent KD5EMB will be operating
unlimited-multi from a field location.  New this time around, we'll be
using the K0SGI (Silicon Graphics, Inc.) club call in this and future
contests.

Plans this time are for all bands from 50MHz to 1.2GHz on SSB/CW/FM
(though as usual, you'll have to bear with our sub-stellar CW skills).
We had planned on 10GHz, but due to the surrounding trees and the lack
of a downtown shot trees it looks like that will be a no-go (though of
course plans are subject to change).  Next contest we should have laser
as well.

We'll be operating from George Ohmann park in Eagan, MN (near Cliff Road
and Pilot Knob), EN34ks.  During some experiments a few months ago,
Radio Mobile seemed to indicate that this would be a good location (or
at least better than our prior locations).
