[NLRS] Web site updates

I made a bunch of changes to the NLRS web site today. As usual, the
edit_log.doc / edit_log.pdf files spell it out in detail (to help ME
remember what I did and when I did it!). The short version is that
mostly I updated the Aurora 2004 pages, added lots of pictures, etc.

It is still a work in progress. I have none of the PowerPoint
presentations from this year, so I can't post any of them. If any of
the presenters would like to mail me a CD-R with their slides on it, I
would be pleased to post the slide show in both the original *.ppt
format and in an HTML format suitable for users with slow internet
connections to view. I also plan to enter some of the stuff from Gary's
paper handout on Radio Mobile, when I get a little more free time. I
also have to search through the debris on my desk to see if someone
mailed me a CD-R already with more pictures on it or not -- the old
memory cells are fading fast.

Since the question has been asked, and since it's close to this topic, I
will also mention that NO, the antenna gain results aren't posted yet.
I did get a file from Bob (W0AUS), and started to work on making it into
a result table, but ran into a few questions and also ran out of time.
(I have more vacation coming up next week, so don't despair!) It should
be good to go shortly.

I also have some sumbissions from Jon concerning the business meeting
that was held at Aurora, and haven't had a chance to add those items to
the web site, but will do so ASAP.

As always, I continue to welcome submissions, suggestions, etc. for the
web site, even if they concern frequencies below 10 GHz. :) My email
address and postal address as listed on QRZ.com are current.
