[NLRS] Rovermania - Fixted Station Freqs

Hi all, getting preped for the Rovermania...things going well so far here.

As for freqs for the rovers, all fine and dandy.

However, do we want freqs for the fixed stations?  What are the thoughts
there?  If so, I can maybe see that on 222 and 432...but the rest of them,
let the QRM fly, cause there wont be much due to directivity?  Perhaps on
902....

Feedback needed, lets get this decided pretty quick on where and who if
possible.

If we do have fixed station freqs, I would prefer 222.115, 432.115 - or any
other offest with 5 khz increments, i.e. 105, 115, 125, 135.  ( I stll need
to check for birdies on 432.115 however)  This all subject to if Gary, Dave
and others have selected a freq.
