[NLRS] Phony ARRL message ?

Has anyone else who used the ARRL alias (i.e.,WA2VOT(at)ARRL.NET) gotten a
message with the subject line "Warning about your e-mail account" and a
return address of "noreply at arrl.net" ?  The body contains a .zip file that
is password protected.

This smells a lot like phishing.

I have NOT opened the file yet, and trying to decide what to do with it:
toss it, read it, or send it to ARRL to let them know.
