If you're hitting Hennepin County, maybe try Staring Lake Park in Eden 
Prairie.  It's right across the street from Flying Cloud Airport and is really high. 
 It is also just down the road a couple miles to Carver County.  Just an idea.

If you set out a schedule, I'll follow you around.  I'll primarily be on HF 
but will work VHF all contest long.  On HF I try to work the local rovers on 
40M in the Minnesota counties and call CQ on 20 & 15M.  I'l be working 20 & 40M 
and checking VHF at the same time.  Should be fun!
