[NLRS] MN QSO Party VHF NLRS assault?

I'll be around and more than happy to work you Bruce and everyone else in
the Minnesota QSO Party on Feb 7.    If the weather is decent (??), perhaps
it would be a good excuse to do some 10 GHz stuff too.    MN counties are
multipliers (not grids) so we can make a new QSO from each new county.
In addition, you can make a CW and a fone (SSB/FM) contact on each band
with each station in each new county .... CW contacts are two points and
fone contacts are one point.

For those who may not be active for the full contest period (8:00 AM to
6:00 PM Feb 7) perhaps we can agree upon some activity hours on VHF.   I
suggest 8:00 to 10:00 AM and again at 4:00 to 6:00 PM.   Obviously you can
make contacts at any time during the contest.
