[NLRS] Re:N0DQS/r and the WX

Like Tim and Pat I may adlib as far as the rover route goes. It will all
depend on the WX and it looks like maybe some not so good stuff moving in.
I am still going to start in NW Iowa and follow the route from there as long
as the WX does not change for the worse, if it looks bad late today I will
head home and overnite in EN22 and then maybe head out Sunday morning to the
East if the WX cooperates. This will make it interesting but I sure will not
be out roving if it turns to Freezing drizzle like or ice and snow mix. If
there is just some light dry snow I will try to stay on route. Keep you
posted on 2 meters after the contest starts.
