[NLRS] Contest operation Times

Hello All

   Please look up toward EN37ed prior to 10:30pm Saturday night or after 
7:30 am Sunday morning.  Schedules to the "east coast" prevent "local" 
contacts Saturday night/ Sunday morning.

   Will be operating on 6,2,222,432,1296. I doubt that anyone will be close 
enough for 10Ghz and COLD temps for portable 10Ghz.
