1. Got an email from K0ALL up in EN16 and he says that he'll be on with
SEVERAL bands. So that will be a nice mult to pick up for many of you. I
hope to get him from the rover. So make sure you point NW. And look for
Wally W0PHD in EN18 and who knows, maybe EN19 Winnipeg will come through.

2. I know in advance that my audio quality on 6m and 222 will be
horrendously bad--one has rf feedback and one has FM'ing. I know this and
don't have time to fix it. I hope you'll want to work me anyways despite
the signal problems. I frequently like to switch to CW to finish a QSO.
Crossmode QSO's are fine with me. You can stay on voice and I'll do CW.
Don't say "roger" if you need me to send my cw message again. Say "again
again again" or "slower slower slower" depending on what's needed. To those
of you new to CW, I'm one of those guys who would rather keep trying with
you and I WILL keep slowing down slower and slower so that we get a complete
QSO. Same thing if you have to send to me in CW. I'll try to match your
speed. Don't give me "r r r" if you don't have my info yet. "agn agn agn"
would be better :-) or "grid agn". If CW will make the difference between
us completing and not completing a QSO, I'd like some of you newer guys to
give it a shot and we'll work our way through it. The sense of
accomplishment (on both ends) is considerable.

Here's hoping my equipment works.....
