[NLRS] Reality and BS

I was recently doing some research on Phase and Pulse Modulation for work
stuff. Amoung the barage of information I went though, I came accross these
two sites at the opposite ends of information reality.  One of these sites
has some really interesting information.  The other one make great use of
disinformation.  Ah! the wonder of the internet.
