   I am Todd Sprinkmann -- KC9BQA. I live over in EN63, about 40 miles =
NNW of Milwaukee. =20

   In the past 2 weeks, I have gotten beams for 50, 144, 222 and 432 up =
at about 100'. My QTH is a high one, with a good view in all =
directions. This is my first real effort on V/UHF and I am very eager =
for the contest to get here.

I am curious if I can hear and be heard in Minnesota and NW =
Wisconsin. I did listen on the net freqs. last night and the results =
weren't very good. But since I'm new and ignorance is bliss, I'm going =
to be optimistic that I'll be able to work some of you in the contest.

Over the next 4 days, I'm asking anyone who's interested to try and =
set up skeds with me to test our propagation. I will be available =
basically anytime from Tuesday afternoon thru the contest. I'd like to =
have at least some idea of how well I'm being heard *prior* to the =
contest.

Please email me with a time you'd be willing to try our luck. The =
sooner the better because I don't have a computer in the detached shed =
yet. I will be out with the radios quite a bit over the next 4-5 days.

I should also mention that I really enjoy working rovers. I did have =
omni loops up in the Sept. test and worked quite a few. This contest, I =
expect to do even better.

   73,
   Todd KC9BQA -- EN63 -- 40 NNW of Milwaukee
