They will... or at least they have for me in the last year or so.
They've ALWAYS said, If you log w/computer, you must submit the log in
Cabrillo format." They've NEVER said, "NO PAPER, Only Cabrillo."
I paper log everything. Tried computer ONCE, many years ago while Roving.
Much, MUCH harder than paper (where do you put the computer... on the
steering wheel ?) and then lost a bunch of Qs when the computer quit.
(Admittedly, before today's laptops, but that may not be much improvement.)
I went to paper, transcribbing to a speadsheet for Dup checking, etc.,
after the Contest. That worked very well for several years. But now, I
send in paper.
